Having both
speed and direction gets you wherever you want to go, fast!
You can go further and faster by learning that math and science are fun
as well as fundamental to most of your future endeavors.
Did you know that motorsports like NASCAR is the only sport won or lost
through the real-time application of math and science; the same math and
science you're learning in school?
Since 2008 Bank of America has partnered with local school
districts to share the excitement of STEM (Science, Technology,
Engineering, and Math) through motorsports. Students attend
speedway events during which NASCAR and engineering professionals interact
with them through hands-on, minds-on activities. These
Students at the Speedway programs provide the excitement around STEM and
show both students and teachers that motorsports is driven by STEM as
much as by its stars like Kasey Kahne and Jeff Gordon.
We are pleased to share the Bank of America Family Activity Workbook. We
wish you and your family hours of enjoyable learning together.
